Domestic and International Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed and dispatched from our central warehouse in China within 1-4 business days if all items are in stock. During peak seasons or holidays, please allow up to 7 business days for processing. Please note that once the package is handed over to the logistics carrier, we will provide you with a tracking number to monitor its status.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time We offer various shipping methods tailored to the size of your order and your location. Since we ship globally from China, transit times vary by destination and shipping method:

  • Air Freight / Express: 7 – 20 Business Days

  • Land Transport (Truck/Rail): 22 – 35 Business Days

  • Sea Freight: Approximately 60 Business Days

Note: These are estimated transit times. Actual delivery time may vary due to customs clearance, destination country postal services, and unforeseen weather conditions.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Important) To provide a smooth purchasing experience, we apply different tax terms based on the order volume:

  1. Small B2B / Standard Orders (DDP Terms): For most small to medium-sized orders, we ship using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms. This means we handle the customs clearance and import duties. The price you see at checkout is generally the final price.

  2. Large Volume / Heavy Cargo (DAP Terms): For large wholesale orders exceeding a certain weight or volume, we may ship using DAP (Delivered At Place) terms.

    • In this case, the customer is responsible for import duties, VAT, and customs fees levied by the destination country.

    • Customers may need to provide their VAT number or EORI number (for EU/UK) to facilitate customs clearance.

    • Our sales team will confirm the shipping terms with you before finalizing large bulk orders.

Shipping Restrictions We ship to virtually any address in the world. However, there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain international destinations due to local regulations. If we cannot ship to your location, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
